Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026
PRYM Performance ("PRYM", "we", "us") provides online body transformation coaching. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, where it applies to clients in the UK and EU, the GDPR.
1. What we collect
- Contact and profile details you give us through our website form or during onboarding, such as your name, email address, phone number, age, gender, region, Instagram username and your fitness goal.
- Coaching information you share with us as a client, such as training history, activity levels, food preferences, progress photos, measurements and check-in data.
- Communication records, such as emails, messages and call bookings between you and PRYM.
- Basic technical data when you use our website, such as pages visited and device type, where analytics tools are used.
2. Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange your free PRYM Connect Session.
- To deliver coaching services, build your plan and track your progress.
- To send you occasional marketing communication, where you have consented. You can opt out at any time.
- To run, secure and improve our website and services.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
3. Health-related information
Coaching naturally involves information about your body, activity and habits. We only use this information to deliver and improve your coaching, we treat it with extra care, and we do not sell it or share it for advertising. Where consent is required to process this information, we will ask for it.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run PRYM, such as our coaching app, form and email providers, scheduling tools and payment processors, and only as needed to deliver the service. These providers may store data outside your country; where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: for as long as you are a client or lead, and afterwards only as required for legal, tax and record-keeping purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information, including reputable service providers, access controls and secure connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep risk low, and we will notify you and the relevant regulator of a data breach where the law requires it.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent to marketing at any time, and request a copy of your information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to your local regulator, which in South Africa is the Information Regulator.
8. Cookies and analytics
Our website may use basic cookies and analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
9. Children
Our services are designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date above.
